Rovinj, Umag and Grožnjan

Rovinj, Umag and Grožnjan

One of our favorite places we visited was Grožnjan. It is a small city but quite touristic. We went to a restaurant called Pintur where we had homemade goulash and spoke to the restaurant owner who told us more about the restaurant and the city. We also saw some animals while driving as the city is in the middle of Istria surrounded by nature.

Rovinj is also a very beautiful city with old buildings and a very unique old town. The streets are tiny and made of old stone which all gives into this beautiful romantic Italian vibe.

Umag was a short stop before Groznjan, it was quite nice as well but we just took a walk around the city and had a coffee.

Here are some pictures from this trip:

Umag - A really beautiful island across Umag
Umag (Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary)
Umag - The weather was not the best but it did contribute to some nice images
Grožnjan - The drive to this place was quite amazing and the pictures do not show the true beauty of this view as it is in person
Grožnjan - the city is quite old but it has a very unique charm
Rovinj provided us with some beautiful beach days
And beautiful sunsets
